Balance:
Definition: an even distribution of weight so a person or object can remain upright/steady and not fall.
Flexibility:
Definition: the range of movement that you have around a joint or muscle.
Stamina:
Definition: the ability to maintain a good physical and mental state during a lot of exercise or tiring activities.
Strength:
Definition: ability to do things that require a lot of physical or mental effort.
Posture:
Definition: the position a person holds their body while standing or sitting.
Alignment:
Definition: when something is arranged into a straight line or correct positions.
Proper alignment of the body puts less stress on the spine and can also help to limit the amount of kyphosis ,or forward curve of the upper back, that can result from broken bones in the spine.
Coordination:
Definition: moving different body parts at the same time smoothly or a group of people working in sync or where your mind and body is working together in sync.
