Contemporary Dance Performance and Reflection Film of Performance Reflection of Physical & Interpretive Skills Our weakness in previous rehearsals was our group synchronisation but I would say we have made improvements. When I watched back the video, I could see that during the dance break we are much more in sync with one another compared to the last time we filmed the dance. I think we could still improve in our synchronisation but with more practice in this section I think it will improve even more. Another weakness, particularly in the dance break, was our group timing but I think we have also improved our timing too. We recognised that timing was a weakness in our previous rehearsal so we made sure to focus on our timing before this lesson. Our practice led to an improvement in our timing as we broke the section down to make sure we were doing dance moves at the right count. Another one of our weaknesses was with the group lift.
